At Axon Sports, your satisfaction is our first priority. Our Customer Service team is standing by, ready to answer your questions and guide you in utilizing and understanding the Computerized Cognitive Assessment Tool (CCAT). Our goal is to answer your questions immediately when you contact us weekdays between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm CST (except major holidays). If you contact us during non-business hours, we will strive to answer your questions within 48-hours. Should we be unavailable to immediately take your call or question, we will respond to your message or email as quickly as possible.

ONLY A DOCTOR CAN INTERPRET TEST RESULTS OR DETERMINE WHETHER YOUR CHILD HAS SUFFERED A CONCUSSION OR ANY OTHER MEDICAL INJURY.
